The most common syndrome to hit most bride's and groom's after their honeymoon is an emotional let down. We have structured our workflow to turn the post-wedding blues back into excitement. This is the best environment to create a totally artistic and custom album and produce your finished art piece quickly.
What's Our Typical Workflow?
- Saturday - Shoot your wedding
- Sunday - Create your personal wedding collage page and post it on our blog with 25 to 30 images for your friends to view the next day!
- Monday - Start the pre-design (rough draft) of your wedding book
- Thursday/Friday - Publish the rough draft album showcase while you are still on your honeymoon!
- Following Monday - Online proofing published for your family and guests to view and order prints from the entire wedding
- Two Weeks Later - 5% wedding book production discount expires two (2) weeks after the online proofing is published
- 60 Days Later - Online proofing and album showcase go offline
- Final Album Design Showcase - Stays online forever when album is ordered Hi-res DVD archive of images with copyright release presented with the album's delivery
Are wedding books included with every wedding you shoot?
Absolutely, whether you keep your's included is completely up to you but we trust once you see your personal wedding story told, you'll love it. That's why we include a $2000 album credit with every wedding package. After the wedding we will propose an initial rough design typically by the Friday after your wedding. The $2000 credit covers the $595 production fee and a wedding book. We believe it's manipulation to charge people for a set number or pages, or sizes or book style BEFORE they have seen their pictures. After the rough design is published, the bride and groom's decisions determine the finalized wedding book regarding number of pages, sizes and choice of book publishers.
Why start on the wedding book rough draft on Monday?
We want your wedding moments fresh in our minds. What was the personality of your wedding? What special moments were shared? Who laughed and who cried? If we wait, it's human nature to forget some of these important details. When we start right away, then we can draw from those details which adds to the custom and artistic nature of your wedding book. Besides, you can still be on your honeymoon and relive your entire wedding day memories!
Why a 5% discount on book designs finalized within two weeks?
Our production schedule is an optimized and streamlined process. To maintain our effiency, we offer every bride and groom 5% off their final wedding book price when a final approval is given within 2 weeks of their photos being released online. Want to take longer? No problem - but the discount expires.
Do we get input on the final book design?
Of course! Using proprietary computerized design software we will propose and advise in the layout of album(s) but ALL choices by the bride and groom will prevail. Every album design includes your choices of photography selected (with your special instructions if any) and those decisions are made following inspection of images.
How many revisions can we make?
A total of three (3) in-studio album design sessions are included with your album credit. At that time you can make unlimited changes to the rough draft of your album. After that, additional album design sessions are billed an additional computer design fee of $350 per session.
When do we receive our Hi-Res images and copyright release?
When you take delivery of the final album, a personal copy of your Hi-res images is included along with a copyright release for personal usage. Who knows where you will live in 3 years and we want you to have the flexibility of personal ownership of your images.
